Emergency Service Procedures
As an Aaronal homeowner with an emergency please follow both steps listed below.

Step 1

1. Refer to the Subcontractor List provided in your Settlement Package and contact the subcontractor directly. Aaronal Homes’ subcontractors are required to provide emergency assistance as needed during the warranty period.

Step 2

2. Call the Aaronal Homes Customer Service Department. It is very important that you relay the information to our Customer Service Department so that we can follow-up appropriately on oyur behalf with you and the subcontractors. The hours of operation are Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. If your call is not answered immediately do leave a detailed message. One of our qualified employees will contact you as soon as possible to assist you. During weekend hours, we suggest you contact any of our Sales Information Centers at our active Model Homes. Our Community Sales Managers will be able to handle your call and assist in reaching the appropriate teams to help you.
