Proactive Service and Communication throughout the home buying process.

Pre Start Meeting: This is an initial meeting to be conducted by your Community Sales Manager to review all of your detailed selections, the siting of your home on the home site, and the building plans for your new home. At the Prestart Meeting you will have the opportunity to meet your Construction Superintendent, who will be overseeing the construction of your home.

Predrywall Orientation: This meeting provides you the opportunity to review Aaronal quality construction before we cover the framed walls with drywall. Additionally, it is yet another chance for you and us to review your detailed selections to make sure that we are executing your order as we agreed.

Aaronal Quality Team Review: Prior to the settlement on your new Aaronal home. The company sends a team of Aaronal employees to thoroughly inspect your home for cleanliness and quality. This Quality Team Review has become a major part of the Aaronal culture. Aaronal employees and Aaronal Construction Superintendents have worked closely together to take quality to a new level by way of this program. We can’t wait to show off the Aaroanl quality workmanship in your new home.

60 Day Service and Warranty Check Up: Approximately (60) days after settlement, an Aaronal Customer Service and Warranty Team will meet at your home to once again inspect your home for workmanship / warranty items. At this time, the team will be required to review with you maintenance tips and general information that are good to know about your new home and how it operates. Additionally, any items needing correction or repair will be taken care of on that day or will be scheduled for future repair as necessitated by the nature of the required repair

1 Year Warranty and Service Check Up: Approximately (1) year from your settlement date, the Aaronal Customer Service and Warranty Team will meet you again at your home to inspect and perform any repairs as needed under the warranty. Also, Ashton Innovations, our drywall and painting subcontractor will be contacting you to schedule a (1) year drywall and paint inspection. We provide this service to Aaronal customers because we know that minor drywall, caulking and paint repairs due to settling and the drying process of construction materials will most likely be necessary in any new home.

2-10 HBW Warranty: This warranty provides quality assurance and protection for the benefit of all Aaronal home owners by way of an advanced 2 year and 10 year Protection Plan on specific components of a new Aaronal home.
